T-enCino Ranch HuntingRelease and Indemnity Agreement
As an absolute condition to being granted the limited rights and privilege to enter upon the property of the T-enCino Ranch Hunting, I/we agree: 1. To sign and execute this Release and Indemnity Agreement in advance to the T-enCino Ranch Hunting; and 2. To abide by all rules and regulations that are attached hereto.
Therefore, in consideration of being granted the limited privilege specified above, I agree that I do in advance and prior to being granted the privilege to enter upon the property for any purpose have hereby released and discharged the said T-enCino Ranch Hunting and their servants, agents or employees of negligence in any way arising from any and all injury, loss or damage to person or property sustained or received while on the T-enCino Ranch Hunting property or traveling to or from the T-enCino Ranch Hunting property for the purpose of exercising the limited privilege specified above.
In further consideration of being granted the limited privileges specified above, the undersigned, hereby agrees to save harmless and to indemnify the said T-enCino Ranch Hunting, their servants, agents and employees of and from any and all expense arising because of any claim which may hereafter be presented by anyone for loss and damage or personal injury that may be made against them or come against them by reason of or in traveling to or from the property for the purpose of exercising my limited privileges and also against every claim, demand, or cause of action against them by reason of any liability that is or under the laws of this State on account of any defect in, imperfection of or failure to repair done, suffered or permitted in or about the property or any condition of the property as owner or as occupier of the land or premises in question.
The undersigned hereby declares that he / she fully understands the terms of this Release and Indemnity Agreement and that he / she voluntarily relinquishes any claim in advance of being granted the limited privileges specified above knowing and understanding that such Release and Indemnity Agreement to be given in advance is an expressed prior condition to being given the limited right to enter upon the property for any purpose under the rules attached hereto.
